At Work, At Home At Your Service

Hello,

My name is Selma, I was born and raised in the City of Philadelphia. A city that I love dearly, and I only have the desire to make it better. I am your Virtual Assistant, Content Creator, Designer, and much more. If I cannot do it, I will refer you to someone who can. My experience spans more than twenty-five yours as an administrative assistant, office associate, office manager, and secretary.

Throughout my career, I have refined my expertise and offered steadfast support to entrepreneurs and business owners, as well as to Tenured Professors, Adjunct Professors, and Scholars across both undergraduate and graduate education. At the Community College of Philadelphia, I contributed twelve transformative years to the Power Up Your Business Program and the Center for Small Business before my retirement.

My journey continued at Temple University, where I had the privilege of supporting over seventeen professors and more than twenty-five graduate students. My guidance has also benefited small businesses in mortgage and insurance, as well as the sales departments within the automotive industry.

Over the past twenty-five years, I have developed strong professional writing skills and business expertise through my education at Adelphia Business School. My writing abilities were further refined at the Community College of Philadelphia, and I expanded my knowledge in computer science and technology at Temple University. My advanced English studies in the Liberal Arts Department have significantly enhanced my communication skills. Technically, I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite from the 2003 edition to Office 365. Additionally, I hold certifications in Digital Imaging, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Design.

My creative endeavors include the publication of a poetry collection, along with preparing brochures and book guides for small business owners, developing and editing manuscripts for professors, constructing exams, designing presentations, and engaging in many other scholarly and business-related projects.

On a personal note, I cherish my roles as a spouse, mother to two wonderful daughters, and caregiver to a cherished Persian kitten named Sugar Pearl. My palate delights in the flavors of seafood and the sweet comfort of ice cream.

Guided by the enduring wisdom of Alexander Pope, I hold firm to the belief that, “Worth makes the man and want of it the fellow.
